Purchasing large equipment with an even larger price tag may seem a little daunting at times — we get it! That's why at the WebPT Marketplace, we strive to make the order, shipping and receiving process as smooth as possible, so you can focus on what matters most — your patients.
Below are a few scenarios you might encounter when purchasing capital equipment from us. Take a look at each scenario to learn more on how best to navigate each part of the quote and order process, as well as a few key points on when and how you'll receive shipping deatils.
Buying more than one piece of Capital Equipment (treatment furniture or exercise equipment)? Please reach out to us for a quote as we may be able to save you money on shipping and provide a bulk order discount (if available).
Request a Quote (When Purchasing Multiple Capital Equipment)
You can request a quote for all items in your cart by navigating to the Checkout page by first selecting View and Edit Cart from the shopping cart icon located at the top right of the WebPT Marketplace. Then select the Request a Quote button located under the Proceed to Checkout button on the Checkout page. If you do not see the “Request a Quote” option, please reach out to marketplace@webpt.com for assistance. Your quote request will be completed in 2-3 business days and you will receive an email notification upon completion.
Please ensure that the shipping address provided on the quote is accurate as this may affect the overall discount and shipping charges.

Requesting a Quote is Simple, here are step-by-step instructions.
- Add the items you would like a quote for to your shopping cart.
- Select the Request a Quote button, located at the bottom of the gray sidebar on the right-hand side of the screen (under the big orange Proceed to Checkout button). If you do not see this option, please contact us at marketplace@webpt.com.
- A pop-up will appear where you can add additional comments, a quote name and where you would like the order shipped, as well as attach any files the Marketplace might need to complete the quote.
- Select the Send Request orange button and we'll take it from there.
- After you have sent your quote request, you will be redirected to your My Quotes page, where you can view all of your quotes.
- The WebPT Marketplace will review your submitted quote and provide any available discounts and current lead times.
- You can then accept the quote and place the order, or message back on the quote with any questions.

Complete the pop-up form and click Send Request.


View or Edit Your Quote
To view or edit your quote, please select the person icon in the upper right hand corner of the Marketplace and go to Account Overview. Then, select My Quotes from your Account Dashboard. This is where you will be able to view your quote, see any messages from our team under the Comments tab (this will include things like lead time), update shipping address, or submit a question to our team.

Once your quote request has been completed, please review the information for accuracy and select Proceed to Checkout at the bottom of the quote.

What to Expect After a Purchase is Made
- First, after you place your order you'll receive an order confirmation via email.
- We'll begin processing your order immediately. We'll follow up about 2-5 days after your order with an initial that is provided to us by the manufacturer.
- If the initial ETA has passed, we'll follow up with an updated ETA.
- Once the order has shipped, we'll provide tracking information and expected delivery date.
- Voila! Your order is delivered to the shipping address on the order.
- Important note: be sure to inspect the delivery for visible damages, etc.
Once An Order is Placed
Thank you for your order! Once your order has been placed, you will be notified via email of an estimated shipping time frame within 2-5 business days.
We will also communicate with you via email should there be any unexpected delays on the shipment of your order.
Once Order has Shipped
Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed tracking information.
