*Pump Sold Separately* When it comes to sports injuries, an ankle sprain is arguably the most common injury. One way to treat this injury: pneumatic compression with cold therapy.

Our Ankle Wrap is indicated for post-op application, severe ankle sprain or strains, as part of a physical therapy or athletic training program; helps diminish swelling/edema, decrease pain, and reduce muscle spasms.

Ankle injuries are common, and that’s why cold compression therapy for ankle is necessary in your recovery routine. This Ankle Wrap is manufactured from plush foam laminate with Velcro closure straps, removable gel pack with tricot lining, and non-toxic gel. To clean this wrap, close all contact closures and hand wash in warm water with mild soap. This product should be air-dried, do not use high temperatures to wash or dry.

PowerPlay pump sold separately

This wrap can be used to treat:

  • Achilles tendon ruptures or tears: Ten weeks out from an Achilles surgery is usually when physical therapy takes place. This is a great time to start cold compression therapy as a way to recover between therapy sessions.
  • Lateral ankle repair: Lateral ankle repair has a long process for recovery and can take more than six weeks before patients can put weight onto the affected ankle. Many physical therapists prescribe cold compression therapy as a way to reduce pain and swelling during therapy sessions.
  • Ankle sprains: A very common injury, ankle sprain symptoms include pain and swelling which can be reduced by cryotherapy and compression technology.
