Ready to request a return?

  • Locate your WebPT Marketplace Order Number
    • Search your emails for your order confirmation
    • View your order online.
    • Visit My Orders within My Account of WebPT Marketplace
  • Contact WebPT Marketplace Support
    • Email
    • Chat live with a representative using the "Chat Us" link in the bottom-right corner of any Marketplace page

Any applicable refunds are processed within one business day of receiving notification from the distributor upon successful receipt of your returned product(s). Unless a product is damaged or defective, you will be responsible for return shipping. Please note that we are unable to facilitate exchanges at this time. We would be happy to assist with a return, and a new order must be placed for the desired item. 

Due to COVID-19, there are certain items we are unable to accept returns on. Below is a list of those items:

  • Disposable Apparel
  • Surface cleaners and disinfectants
  • Thermometers
  • Stethoscopes
  • Pulse oximeters
  • CPR, Oxygen and Accessories
  • BP Monitors
  • BP Cuffs
  • Pillows, Sheets, Pillowcases
  • Table Paper
  • Gloves
