The TheraBand Rehab and Wellness Station is the perfect total body strengthening workout station for strength building and rehabilitation. This station includes several products and accessories designed to rehabilitate and strengthen the body. Each station comes with three TheraBand Pro Series SCP Exercise Balls (one yellow 45 cm, one red 55 cm, and one green 65 cm); Two pairs of TheraBand Stability Trainers, one soft (blue) and one firm (green); an exercise CD of exercise illustrations; an instructional DVD; an accessory rack; and two waist trainers. The base of each station is portable for easy transportation purposes.
