Simply schedule a patient visit in the Scheduler. Then, the patient will receive a link to a secure face-to-face live audio and video connection. During the scheduled appointment, therapists can treat patients and document into WebPT SOAP notes, similar to working with a patient in the clinic.

Who is the video conferencing Provider?
WebPT Virtual Visits uses the Zoom for Healthcare solution, which is specifically designed for healthcare providers and meets rigorous healthcare security requirements.
Do I have to download anything?
Yes, you'll be prompted to download the Zoom software on your device. The Zoom client is available on most platforms. You can find the link to download Zoom here.
Can I use this feature for e-visits?
This feature was built for live video sessions, not e-visits. That said, you can use WebPT HEP for e-visits. You can learn more about different types of virtual services here.
