The RehabPro M200-SW creates additional exercise dosage options not possible with standard pulleys. It allows for faster movement of the weight stack without the stack going ballistic. This in turn makes exercises more difficult to do without altering the number of weight plates. Change in speed allows for rehab of soft tissue coordination and specific influence on contractile vs non-contractile soft tissue components. The M200S-SW offers a 25’ rope excursion opening the door for closed chain gait training from restoring balance to running against resistance.
6:1 weight-to-resistance ratio weight stack. The weight stack consists of 20x 10lb. weights which translates into a resistance as low as 1.70 lbs. per weight plate. The pulley frame is TIG welded and made of durable, powder coated high strength steel. The rope position (angle of pull) adjusts in 2” intervals along an 84.5” stainless rope adjustment bar. Rope excursion up to 25’. The pulley comes with 1” solid steel, chromium plated, self-adjusting guide rods ensuring smooth tracking of the weight stack.
